Allow viewing a subset of a user's friends/followers
As users have more and more friends and followers, it takes to long to load thousands and thousands of users. Allow viewing X number of a users followers or friends.

Twiping now limits to 100 operations per 24 hour period, and will pick back up when the 24 hour period expires (or when you bump the operation count up). Settings are on the “Options” tab. If you have hit the limit you can tell by viewing the “todo list”. The job status will tell you it is waiting.

And then allow for the offset to be writing into the equation so that we can get the next "batch" of those users. Else, the search isn't very relevant.

Allow an offset when viewing a tweeples followers.
I'm not sure of the internals of what you are getting when you download a list of someones followers, but I suspect what we are getting is the last/most recently followed 10k (or so) of their followers. If true, lets say you want mashables followers, you will never see someone who followed them a while back, always gonna get the newbies.
