Reverse the set - so I can use ands, or's, and nots with text queries. This way I can find people who meet more than one criteria (and's), or or's (you're default function now), or nots - people who don't meet a criterion. Coupled with the ability to reverse the set, this would be an incredibly powerful function for getting just the right targeted group quickly.
